Fadzai is a Seasoned Accounting and Auditing Professional with over 17 Years Working Experience in Internal Auditing, Risk Management, External Auditing and Financial Reporting. She holds a Bachelor of Accounting Science (B.Compt) Degree from the University of South Africa (UNISA), served and completed Articles of Clerkship with AMG Global Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) and is also a Member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa (IIASA) and Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA).

While serving her Articles, Fadzai obtained extensive Audit Experience for a vast range of Clientele (42 to be precise), operating in various Industries and Sectors of the Economy namely, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Mining, Telecommunications, Agriculture, Engineering, Retail and Distribution, Travel and Tourism, Education, Research, Media and Health.

Fadzai has also amassed diverse Industry Working Experience. She has worked as the Group Internal Auditor for Celsys Limited, Group Senior Internal Auditor for African Sun Limited, Senior Consultant at Providence Human Capital and Audit Supervisor for lnnscor Limited through its Internal Audit Consultant Company, Instinct Risk Advisory Services.
